- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Since many of our products are made to order, slight delays may occur during high-volume periods or for customized items.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

- You can also track your order status through your PipliStudio account.
🧾 5. Delivery Issues
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may reattempt or return the parcel to us.
- In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
❗ 6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order ID and photographic proof (if applicable)
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue via replacement or refund, as per our Refund Policy.
