At PipliStudio, we aim to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, your order is likely to have moved into production and cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@piplistudio.com with your order number.
2. Return Policy
As our products are mostly custom-made or made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Color, size, or style preferences
However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect (not what was ordered)
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue
- The item must be unused and in original condition
3. Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- A full refund or replacement will be offered
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days
Non-refundable items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or faulty)
4. Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- In other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
